The School prides itself on the strength of its teachers and staff members. Sixty-seven percent (67%) or 95 of its teachers has appropriate Masters Degrees and Three (3) teachers has Doctorate Degrees. Presently, Butuan Central Elementary School is composed of 142 teachers from Kindergarten to Grade VI, STEC Teachers and Implementing Teachers. There are 6 teachers in Kindergarten, 14 teachers in Grade I, 17 teachers in Grade II, 20 teachers in Grade III, 17 teachers in Grade IV, 18 teachers in Grade V and Grade VI, and there are 12 teachers in STEC.

The School administators is composed of the Principal, District Supervisor, two Academic Heads, and one School Head.

 

BCES has Eight (8) admin staff namely: Disbursing Officer, Nurse, Bookkeeper, IT/Computer Technician, Secertary/Clerk, Support Staff, Utility, Maintenance, and a Gardener.
